Overview

TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks™ Plug-in for Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an application that you can use to exchange data between intranet and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You can use the plug-in to interact with data stored in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online server or Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Premises server.

ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks™ Plug-in for Microsoft Dynamics CRM plugs into TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks™ and adds Dynamics CRM REST Palette to TIBCO Business Studio™ for BusinessWorks™(hereinafter referred to as "TIBCO Business Studio") . You can use the Dynamics CRM REST Connection shared resource to create a connection between the plug-in and a Microsoft Dynamics CRM server. After creating a connection, you can configure a process using the activities in the Dynamics CRM REST palette. See Getting Started for more details about how to use the plug-in.

Note: The activities in the REST palette use REST API calls to communicate with the server.

For Dynamics CRM REST:

Creating, updating, deleting, associating, and disassociating entity records
Adding, updating, and deleting entity records at a time as a batch job
Retrieving entity records using entity record IDs or FetchXML or OData
Listening to the create, update, and delete user events triggered on a specified entity record. (You can also filter entity attributes based on specific criteria and then trigger the listener.)
Downloading option set metadata at either the global level or per entity for a specified Dynamics CRM REST connection resource
Performing operations using Web API functions and actions
