Custom Field

Use the Custom Field element to add information, including your records and transactions, to your business.

The custom fields are supported in the NetSuite Record Listener, NetSuite Add Record, NetSuite Update Record, NetSuite Upsert Record, NetSuite Delete Record, NetSuite Get Record, NetSuite Search Record, and NetSuite Invoke SavedSearch activities.

If you select the record type that includes custom fields on the General tab, the customFieldList node is displayed on the Input tab.

Each type of custom field includes the @internalId element, which is the ID of the custom field. One of the following fields is required in the custom fields:

• @internalId
• @scriptId

If values in both of the fields are given, the value in the @internalId element is used for custom fields.
