Microsoft Azure Connection Details
To establish the connection successfully, you must configure the Microsoft Azure instance. Specify the following details in the Microsoft Azure Connection dialog box:
Field | Description |

Connection Name | Name of the connection. |
Description | A short description that indicates the purpose of the connection. |
Tenant ID | Directory ID of Azure active directory. To obtain this, navigate to the Microsoft Azure portal and log in with the Microsoft Azure active directory credentials. Click Azure Active Directory > Properties. Copy an ID from the Directory ID field which is the required Tenant ID. |
Client ID | Application ID of the app created on Microsoft Azure active directory. To obtain this, navigate to the Microsoft Azure portal and log in with the Microsoft Azure active directory credentials. Click Azure Active Directory > App Registrations. Select the required app displayed under DISPLAY NAME and copy the ID displayed under Application ID which is the required client ID. |
User Name |
Email address of the user. Note: You must have your account created to access Microsoft Azure active directory that comes with the Microsoft Azure subscription.

Password | The password of the Microsoft Azure active directory user. |
Resource URL | Standard URL which remains the same across all the connections: https://management.azure.com/ |
