Configuring a Google Cloud Pub/Sub Connection

To use Google Cloud Pub/Sub, you must first configure a Google Cloud Pub/Sub connection. The Google Cloud Pub/Sub connection contains the parameters required to connect to the Google Cloud Pub/Sub server. The Google Cloud Pub/Sub connection is used by all the activities in the GoogleCloudPubSub category.

Before you beginBefore you configure a connection, familiarize yourself with Google Cloud Pub/Sub. For details about how to use Google Cloud Pub/Sub, see the Google Cloud Pub/Sub documentation.
    Procedure

  1. On the global navigation bar, click Connections and perform one of the following actions:

    1. To add a connection for the first time, click the Google Cloud PubSub Connector card. You can search for a connector card by typing the connector name in the search field.

    2. If you have existing connections and want to add a new connection, click the Create link.

  2. In the Google Cloud PubSub Connector dialog, enter the connection details. For field descriptions, see the Google Cloud Pub/Sub Connection Details topic.

  3. Click Save.
