Overview

TIBCO Flogo® Connector for Google Docs allows you to store the output of any activity in a Google Document. The Google Document can then be shared with multiple users. The content of the document can be retrieved and transformed to a MIME type and used as an input by the subsequent activities.

For example, the HTML output of a document can be shared with multiple users for editing. To achieve it, create a REST-based process and configure the input to the REST receiver to accept the HTML document. Then map the output of the REST receiver to Google Docs Create or Google Docs Update activity with “text/html” as MIME type. The Google Doc is then created or updated with the content of HTML. The user tracking the changes receives a notification about the changes made to the document.
