Creating a HubSpot Connection

To use Flogo® Connector for HubSpot, you must first create a HubSpot connection. The HubSpot connection contains the parameters required to connect to the HubSpot server. The HubSpot connection is used by all the activities in the HubSpot category.

Prerequisites

Before you create a connection, familiarize yourself with HubSpot. For details about how to use the product, see the HubSpot product documentation.

  1. Log in to your HubSpot account.

  2. Navigate to Apps in the main navigation bar.

  3. In the upper-right corner, click Create app. For more information, see the “Create an app” section in the HubSpot Documentation.

  4. In your HubSpot app, go to Basic info > Auth > Redirect URLs section and add one of the following URLs.

    For example, to redirect to TIBCO Cloud™ Integration, you can add one of the following redirect URLs depending on your region:

    • US - Region Oregon: https://integration.cloud.tibco.com/wistudio/connectiondetails

    • US East - Region N. Virginia: https://us-east.integration.cloud.tibco.com/wistudio/connectiondetails

    • Europe - Region Ireland: https://eu.integration.cloud.tibco.com/wistudio/connectiondetails

    • Australia - Region Sydney: https://au.integration.cloud.tibco.com/wistudio/connectiondetails

    • US - Region Washington: https://integration.us.azure.cloud.tibco.com/wistudio/connectiondetails

  5. In the Scopes section, click CRM and select the Read and Write check boxes for the following objects.

    • crm.objects.companies

    • crm.objects.contacts

    • crm.objects.deals

    Procedure
  1. On the global navigation bar, click Connections and perform one of the following actions:
    To add a connection for the first time, click the HubSpot Connector card. You can search for a connector card by typing the connector’s name in the search field.
    To create subsequent connections, click the Create button.
  2. In the HubSpot Connector dialog, enter the connection details. For field descriptions, see the HubSpot Connection Details topic.
  3. Click Log in. If you are already logged in to HubSpot, the HubSpot User Interface (UI) opens. If not, log in with your credentials to the HubSpot UI.
  4. Select the account from the list to establish the connection and create the flow.
