Creating a Microsoft Office 365 Connection
You must create a Microsoft Office 365 connection before you can use the Flogo Connector for Microsoft OneDrive. The Microsoft Office 365 connection contains all the parameters required to connect to the Microsoft OneDrive server. The Microsoft Office 365 connection is used by all the activities in the Microsoft OneDrivecategory.
To create a Microsoft Office 365 connection, click the Connections tab on the TIBCO Flogo® page.
If this is the first connection you are adding, follow these steps:
- Click the Microsoft Office 365 Connector card.
- In the Microsoft Office 365 Connector dialog box, enter the connection details. For field descriptions, see the Microsoft Office 365 Connection Details topic.
- Click Login.
- The login page for Microsoft Office 365 appears in the
Sign In to Your Account dialog box. Enter the user name and password for the Microsoft OneDrive account.
Note: If you have already logged into Office 365 on the browser, a list of one or more previously used login accounts appear and you can log in using one of the accounts.
- If the Office 365 account credentials match with the client credentials entered in the connection dialog box, you need to give permissions to allow the application to access your Microsoft OneDrive account on your behalf, unless such permissions were granted before.
After giving permissions, the connection is successfully made and the dialog boxes that opened in step 2 and step 4 are closed automatically. The new connection appears on the Connections page with a green checkmark that indicates a successful connection.
If you already have an existing connection for any connector in TIBCO Flogo, the connection is displayed on the Connections page.
- Click Add Connection.
- Follow steps 2 to 6 listed above.

Any errors in the client credentials or login credentials, as described in the following scenarios, result in an error mark next to the connection on the Connections page until the error is resolved.
