Creating a Snowflake Connection

To use Flogo® Connector for Snowflake, you must first create a Snowflake connection. The Snowflake connection contains the parameters required to connect to the Snowflake domain. The Snowflake connection is used by all the activities in the Snowflake category.

Before you begin Before you create a connection, ensure that you have an active Snowflake account. For details about how to use the Snowflake product, see the Snowflake product documentation.

If you want to create a connection using the OAuth authentication type, you must configure your account with OAuth for the custom client. For more details about configuring your Snowflake account with OAuth for the custom client, see the Snowflake product documentation.

Note: For this release, integration of objects with keypair authentication is not supported.

    Procedure
  1. On the Connections tab, click Create, and then select the Snowflake Connector tile.
  2. In the Snowflake Connector dialog, enter the connection details. For field descriptions, see Snowflake Connection Details.
  3. Click Connect.
