Reverting A Flow To A Prior Revision
Using the Revisions dialog you can revert the current working copy of a flow to a prior revision.
Considerations
- A reverted flow is incomplete until it is opened, validated, and saved.
- A flow locked by another user cannot be reverted to a prior version. See Locking And Unlocking Flows to unlock the flow before reverting to a prior revision.
- When a flow is duplicated, the most recent revision of the original flow is used.
- The Net Change feature for a reverted flow uses the Most Recent Record Processed date stored for the last execution of any revision of the flow not the date that was part of the stored revision.
Reverting
- Open the app containing the flow you want to revert.
- From the menu for that flow select Revisions.
- On the Revisions dialog, locate the revision you want to make the working copy of the flow and from the Gear menu select Revert.
- Select Yes on the confirmation dialog.
The Revisions dialog now contains a new revision at the top of the list. The comment is automatically generated and specifies the revision used as the new working copy of the flow. For example, the Comment might be Reverted to revision 10, indicating that revision 10 is now the working copy of the flow.
