Configuring Listeners

To use the NetSuite Record Listener activity of the NetSuite plug-in, the Entity Event Source activity of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM plug-in, and the notification of Workday Plug-in in TIBCO Business Studio™ - Cloud Edition, you have to create a connection to the server based on the cloud environment.

Configuring NetSuite Record Listener Activity

  1. Configure NetSuite Record Listener activity in TIBCO Business Studio - Cloud Edition.

  2. Retrieve the endpoint URL from TIBCO Cloud Integration after the BusinessWorks application with the NetSuite Record Listener activity has been successfully pushed.

    For example, https://integration.cloud.tibco.com/242ac110002-15411dd2022-94/HTTPConnectorResource

  3. Configure the RecordListenerHTTPConfig.xml file on NetSuite application.

    Assuming that the relative path in the NetSuite Record Listener activity is configured as /account and the retrieved endpoint URL is https://integration.cloud.tibco.com/42ac110002-15411dd2022-94/HTTPConnectorResource/account. The RecordListenerHTTPConfig.xml file will be configured as follows:

     <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
     <configuration>
    		<listener>
       			<httpServer>integration.cloud.tibco.com</httpServer>
       			<httpPort/>
       			<httpPath>/242ac110002-15411dd2022-94/HTTPConnectorResource/account</httpPath>
       			<listenerUsername/>
       			<listenerPassword/>
       			<retries>1</retries>
       			<retryInterval>100</retryInterval>
       			<useSSL>true</useSSL>
       			<enable>true</enable>
    		</listener>
     </configuration>

Configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM Entity Event Source Activity

  1. Configure Entity Event Source activity in TIBCO Business Studio - Cloud Edition.

  2. Retrieve the endpoint URL from TIBCO Cloud Integration after the BusinessWorks application with the Entity Event Source activity has been successfully pushed.

    For example, https://integration.cloud.tibco.com/242ac110002-15411dd2022-94/HTTPConnectorResource

  3. Append the relative path configured for the activity in TIBCO Business Studio - Cloud Edition to the endpoint URL retrieved in Step 2.
  4. Use the complete endpoint URL obtained in Step 3 as the server URL for the DCRM application configured on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server.

    For example, https://integration.cloud.tibco.com/242ac110002-15411dd2022-94/HTTPConnectorResource/account

Configuring Workday Notification

  1. Configure the HTTP Connector shared resource in TIBCO Business Studio - Cloud Edition.

    Note: Do not provide a specific value for the Host field. It is good practice to use the default value as shown below.

  2. Copy the endpoint URI in the Endpoint URI field of SOAPServiceBinding of the listener service.

  3. Retrieve the endpoint URL from TIBCO Cloud Integration after the BusinessWorks application has been successfully pushed.

    For example, https://integration.cloud.tibco.com/07b5l2kr4n9315o9o1tglqwurz9zl105oxubhsd4orskgkz7mw/NotificationPort

  4. Append the copied endpoint URI to the endpoint URL retrieved in Step 3 and use this complete URL as the Notification URL of the Integration system configured on the Workday server.

    For example, https://integration.cloud.tibco.com/07b5l2kr4n9315o9o1tglqwurz9zl105oxubhsd4orskgkz7mw/NotificationPort/SOAPServiceBinding/notificationPort
