Deleting A Connect Cloud Or Connect On-Premise Agent

Deleting an agent deletes all references to this agent from the current Organization. You can only delete an agent from TIBCO Cloud™ Integration - Connect when there are no apps using this agent.

  1. From the menu, select Environment & Tools.
  2. Under Environment Settings, select Agents to display the Agents page.
  3. From the Agents page, hover over the agent you want to delete.
  4. Select the Delete icon. The Delete Confirmation dialog displays.
    Note: The Delete option is enabled only if there are no apps using this agent.
  5. If you are sure you want to delete the agent, select Yes, delete. All references to that agent are deleted from TIBCO Cloud™ Integration - Connect.
Note: After you delete an Connect on-premise agent from TIBCO Cloud™ Integration - Connect, uninstall the agent software using the Windows Control Panel on the computer where the agent is installed.
Warning: If an agent is deleted from TIBCO Cloud™ Integration - Connect during a time when the agent has been unable to connect to the internet, and that agent has not been uninstalled from the server, it continues to run apps on schedule.
