Disabled Apps
An app can be disabled in two ways:
- Manually, by selecting the Disable App link on the App Details page.
- By TIBCO, if your TIBCO Cloud™ Integration - Connect Subscription expires.
If you manually disable the app, you can enable the app again by selecting the Enable App link on the App Details page.
Disabling An App
When you disable an app or when the app is disabled by TIBCO:
- The app displays as Disabled on the Apps page.
- No part of the app can be modified or accessed.
- Failed records cannot be reprocessed.
- If the app is running when you disable it, that run finishes before the app is disabled. However, the disabled icon displays immediately.
Enabling An App
When an app has been disabled and it is enabled again, it may not be in a usable state. Verify the configuration before trying to run the app.
- Select Apps from the menu
- Select a specific app to open it.
- On the Flows tab, select the Enable App link.
On Schedule Apps
For apps that are scheduled, when your app is enabled again, either by you or by TIBCO, the schedule is set to on demand. For information about changing the schedule, see Scheduling An App.
Data Replication Apps
When your app is enabled again, either by you or by TIBCO:
- The Entities option is set to Recommended. See Selecting Source Entities For Data Replication Apps.
- The app schedule is set to on demand. For information about changing the schedule, see Scheduling An App.
