TIBCO Cloud™ Integration - Connect Data Centers
TIBCO Cloud™ Integration - Connect is a Cloud capability hosted in several locations. An agent is the engine that runs TIBCO Cloud™ Integration - Connect integration processes. The agent takes instructions from the Cloud. See below for notes on various aspects of this configuration option.

Data Center Notes
- When an Organization is created, it is associated with the data center you selected during the Sales or Trial process. The default data center option for an Organization is the US AWS data center in Virginia.
- Connect cloud agents and failed source records for apps with Execution History errors are hosted in the data center associated with the Organization that owns those agents and records.
- Connect on-premise agents are hosted on a local server, however, failed source records for apps processed by those agents can be hosted in the Organization's data center if the Only store source data on Agent, when using Connect On-Premise Agent option on the Security dialog is disabled. See Setting Security Options.
- Endpoint URLs for Request/Reply and Message flows are hosted in the data center associated with your Organization.
- When selecting a data center outside the US, be aware that using certain TIBCO Cloud™ Integration - Connect features causes source and target data to be routed through the US AWS data center because that is where the TIBCO Cloud™ Integration - Connect capability is hosted for both the US AWS data center and the Europe AWS data center. Those features include:
- Previewing data in the Query Block Preview tab.
- Debugging flows in the flow editor displays the results of each block as it is processed.
- Viewing Execution History Details.
- Data for TIBCO Cloud™ Integration - Connect objects and any associated configuration data for the AWS Europe and AWS US data centers is located in the AWS US data center. Data for TIBCO Cloud™ Integration - Connect objects and any associated configuration data for the Azure US data center is located in the Azure US data center. Connection information is encrypted.
