Viewing the Organization Dashboard
The organization dashboard enables you to monitor cloud and remote apps in your organization at a high level. The dashboard displays a complete summary of app performance over the last 24 hours. You can easily see at a glance an overview of how many apps are running or stopped, and the most-run apps in your organization.
To view the dashboard:
- Log in to TIBCO Cloud™ Integration.
- Click the Apps tab.
- In the upper right corner, click Show dashboard.
The dashboard is shown above the Apps list.
The dashboard contains the following information for the last 24 hours:
- A pie chart showing the number of apps with their status: Good, Error, Warning, or Not running.
- A list of the number and percentage of apps by state, including good, error, warning, or not running.
- A table of the number of apps, total instances, and job/row executions for each app type.
- A list of the top five apps by number of total executions.
- A status of when the dashboard was last updated.
The app statuses shown above are as follows:
- Good - The app is running and healthy.
- Warning - There was a warning on app start. This is applicable to TIBCO Cloud Integration - Connect apps only.
- Error - For TIBCO Flogo®, TIBCO BusinessWorks, and Node.js cloud apps, this indicates an error occurred during build, push, or scale of the app. For TIBCO Cloud Integration - Connect apps, this indicates the agent failed or there was a provision error. For remote apps, this indicates a heartbeat failure.
- Not running - The app is stopped.
Click a status to filter the Apps list for apps in the selected status.
On the dashboard you can also do the following:
- Click Refresh to update the dashboard with the latest information.
