Create/Import App Dialog

The Create/Import App dialog enables you to either create an app or import an app you developed. See Creating an App for more details.

The following app types can be created:

App Type Description
Connect TIBCO Cloud Integration - Connect is a tool used to build data integrations between any combination of cloud-based and on-premise applications using an Agent to execute configured apps.

On schedule apps integrate data from one data source into one or more target data sources. These apps use flows, filters, and formulas to manipulate data as it moves from one data source to another.

On event apps consist of data integration tasks triggered by inbound calls to the TIBCO Cloud Integration - Connect API.

Data replication apps copy data from one data source to another. You can replicate all data entities, recommended entities, or selected entities.

Develop

is a wizard driven web-based tool used to create integration apps without having to leave your browser. It is powered by TIBCO Flogo®, a lightweight integration engine. You use to interconnect APIs, systems, and data. See Flogo Apps for more details.

TIBCO Cloud™ Integration also supports running Node.js apps. You can implement your API in the Node.js programing language and run it in TIBCO Cloud Integration. See Getting Started with Node.js Apps for more details.

Integrate A TIBCO BusinessWorks App is an app built using TIBCO Business Studio™ for BusinessWorks™, which you can upload and deploy to TIBCO Cloud Integration. When you click the TIBCO BusinessWorks App icon and click Next, a window opens where you can drag and drop or select archive files to push.
Automate TIBCO Cloud™ Live Apps apps are low code applications developed using a data and case driven approach to fill gaps in your business process.
Note: If the plan you purchased does not entitle you to use an app type, it is disabled.
