TIBCO Cloud™ Integration Subscriptions
TIBCO Cloud™ Integration has several Subscription packages that are outlined here. As of June 6, 2024, only the following packages are available:
- Feature or option is included.
- Feature or option requires additional licensing.
- Feature or option is not available.
TIBCO Cloud™ Integration Subscriptions
Terms
- Organizations - In TIBCO Cloud™ Integration, Organizations are collections of users, permissions, and the Apps or assets accessible to these users. Each Organization has its own individual users, permissions, and Apps. Organization types include: Single, Parent, and Child. Each Subscription starts with a Single Organization. Depending on the subscription tier that Organization may be changed to a Parent Organization capable of creating Child Organizations. Note that if the Subscription includes Parent/Child Organizations; the Subscription is assigned at the Parent level and all App Instances for the Parent and each underlying Child are counted towards the total usage.
- Connector - A piece of software used to move data between specific applications using those applications' APIs.
- Processor - "Processor" means a licensing Unit type for the Software, based on the count of Virtual and/or Physical Processors as described in the TIBCO Processor Licensing Policy pages:
- Cloud Computing environments - http://terms.tibco.com/#ccel-policy
- On-Premises Virtualized and other environments - http://terms.tibco.com/#processor-licensing
For example, if you are deploying in an on-premises environment with multi-threading for the underlying physical cores, then count Processors (Physical or Virtual as applicable) * 0.5. In a cloud computing environment (AWS for example), count the number of Virtual Processors(VCPUs) without any multiplying factor. For more information see the processor licensing policy pages.
- iPaaS Apps - Include TIBCO Cloud™ Integration - Connect Apps, Flogo Apps, and Node.js Apps.
- Apps - Include iPaaS Apps and BusinessWorks Apps.
- Application Instance - TIBCO Cloud: “Application Instance” means a single instance of an App type supported by TIBCO Cloud™ Integration, including, but not limited to, TIBCO Cloud Integration - Connect Apps, TIBCO BusinessWorks™ Apps (Integrate), TIBCO Flogo® Apps (Develop), and Node.js Apps. See System Requirements for technical information for instances.
On-premise or Private Cloud: “Application Instance” means a single instance of TIBCO BusinessWorks™ or TIBCO Flogo® application running inside a container and deployed to a container-based PaaS platforms such as Cloud FoundryTM, Kubernetes, OpenShift and similar Docker/Kubernetes based container platforms and cloud services.

- ProdPlus - Means a License Type for the Software which includes 1 Unit of Production or Hot Standby, 4 Units of Test, unlimited Developers and an unlimited number of Units of Warm or Cold Standby. This option applies only to TIBCO Cloud IntegrationHybrid Plan when one of the packs is used for on-premises usage.

Each "Environment" of a "TIBCO Cloud™ Integration - Hybrid Plan" is made up of the following 3 components:
- Application Capacity: 2 Packs of Applications, where each Pack entitles deployment choice to:
Either On-premise or Private Cloud: 1 Processor with TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks OR 1 Processor or 25 Application Instances with TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition OR 100 Application Instances with TIBCO Flogo Enterprise OR 4000 Concurrent Instances with TIBCO Flogo when using with AWS Lambda or IoT devices
- All Standard Connectors as listed in below section are included for use with purchased capacity of applications/processors of TIBCO BusinessWorks and TIBCO Flogo.

TIBCO Cloud: 25 Application Instances in TIBCO Cloud (Application Instances can be of any type - TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO Flogo, TIBCO Scribe, or Node.js)
When deploying on-premise, the choice of using Processors vs. Application Instances for each product component will apply to all the on-premise Packs used for that particular product component.
TIBCO Cloud™ Live Apps
Includes 2 Packs of TIBCO Cloud™ Live Apps, where each pack contains:
- 5 Apps
- Cases limited to 10,000 per month
- 25 Users refers to Developers or End Users - any combination
Connectors Included With Subscription
Connectors are included based on your subscription and the software capabilities you own.
TIBCO Scribe® Online Connectors
TIBCO Scribe Online Connectors are included with all subscriptions. A list of Connectors is available in the Marketplace. Connectors that must be purchased separately are marked with a $ symbol.

Connector Licensing
Depending on the plan you purchase, some connectors may be included with your plan. For subscription plans, a set of Standard Connectors is included with your subscription. See Connectors Included With Subscription for more details. Separately, you can purchase additional connectors as needed.
For all perpetual license types, connectors are purchased in units of “Packs”.
For all subscription license types, additional connectors, other than those included with the plan, are purchased in units of “Connectors”.
Unit Type - Pack
For any “TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks™ Plug-in” when purchased for use with "TIBCO BusinessWorks™ Enterprise" each pack entitles you to the use of the Plug-in as follows:
- 1 Processor when used with TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks™ as the product component
OR
- 1 Processor or 25 Application Instances when used with TIBCO BusinessWorks™ Container Edition
For any “TIBCO Flogo Connector” when purchased for use with "TIBCO Flogo Enterprise" each pack entitles you to the use of the Connector with:
- 25 Flogo Application Instances
OR
- 1000 concurrent instances when used with either AWS Lambda or on IoT Devices.
Unit Type - Connector
For TIBCO® Cloud Integration Basic, TIBCO® Cloud Integration Premium, TIBCO® Cloud Integration Hybrid Plan, and a TIBCO Integration subscription plan, Connector means a TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks™ Plug-in or TIBCO Flogo Connector. Such connectors can be used with all the entitled capacity of TIBCO BusinessWorks or TIBCO Flogo purchased with these plans respectively.
For example, to use the TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks Plug-in for Salesforce with a TIBCO Cloud Integration - Hybrid Plan, a single unit of TIBCO Cloud Integration - Hybrid - Connectivity Add-on needs to be purchased and this plug-in can then be used with all of your TIBCO BusinessWorks Apps as part of your subscription.
