Adding a Marketplace Listing to an Organization

If you have created Marketplace listings and want to share them with specific organizations, you can use the receiving organization's Subscription Locator to grant them access. For example, if you manage multiple organizations, you may want to provide a connector, app, or extension to one or more of those organizations. When you grant access to one of your Marketplace listings, that listing becomes available for use in the receiving organization's Marketplace.

Note: This is the only way to grant access to a Private connector for another organization.
Note: Best practice is to install and test Marketplace listings in a test organization to verify that the assets work as expected before installing and running listings in a production organization.
  1. Navigate to the Marketplace.
  2. Select Clear all to clear your filters.
  3. Under More filters select My Org Listings to display all of the Marketplace listings you manage.
  4. Select the listing for the asset you want to provide to another organization.
  5. In the right pane, select the shortcut menu for that listing.
  6. From the menu, select Manage Access For Orgs to display the Manage access dialog.
  7. Select the Add Subscription link.
  8. In the popup displayed, enter the Subscription Locator for the organization that needs access and click the Find Organization button. See Finding an Organization's Subscription Locator.
  9. Click Grant Access on the confirmation popup.
