Requesting Access to a Marketplace Listing

Users in other organizations sometimes develop connectors, apps, or extensions that could be useful to you. If you see a listing in the Marketplace and it is not available for installation, you can click the Request button in the Marketplace listing details to ask the provider for access. When access is granted, the Request button changes to Get and you can install the Marketplace listing. To access the Marketplace, select Marketplace from the menu and use the filters and search field to locate a specific Marketplace listing.

Note: Best practice is to install and test Marketplace listings in a test organization to verify that the assets work as expected before installing and running listings in a production organization.

If you request access to a connector for TIBCO Cloud™ Integration - Connect, when you are granted access, the connector is automatically installed on your TIBCO Cloud Integration - Connect agents and displays a status of Installed in the Marketplace listing details. If you do not have a TIBCO Cloud Integration - Connect agent installed when access is granted, the connector is installed in your organization, but the Installed status does not display. When you install an agent, the connector is installed on the agent and the status for the Marketplace connector listing is updated to Installed.
