Revoking Access to a Marketplace Listing

You can revoke access to a Marketplace listing that you manage at any time. When you revoke access for an organization, the organization sees Access revoked in the Marketplace. The Access revoked shortcut menu instructs the user to remove the listing from their organization and requests acknowledgment. When the user acknowledges and closes the pop-up, the Access revoked message is removed and the Request button displays. The original request record that is marked Revoked is removed from the Manage access dialog for the listing in the provider's organization.

  1. Navigate to the Marketplace.
  2. Select Clear all to clear your filters.
  3. Under More filters select My Org Listings to display all of the Marketplace listings you manage.
  4. Select the listing for the asset you want to manage.
  5. In the right pane, select the shortcut menu for that listing.
  6. From the menu, select Manage Access For Orgs to display the Manage access dialog.
  7. Locate the organization whose access you want to revoke and click the Revoke link.
Note:

If you revoke access to a TIBCO Scribe® Online connector and there are any TIBCO Cloud™ Integration - Connect apps in this Organization using that Connector, an error displays in the Execution History whenever the app runs.
